Your First Visit

At Premier Family Care we are dedicated to making your medical care experience as stress free as possible. We make it easy for you to fill out the patient forms and bring them in to your appointment. After you fill out the forms, all you have to do is show up for your appointment.

During the exam, the respect continues by listening to your concerns and answering your questions. I limit any interruptions in the exam room to a bare minimum. 

Out of respect for you and your time, I offer full lab and xray services on-site here at our clinic. 

After your visit our respectful and courteous staff might contact you regarding lab or test results or to inform you of scheduled referral appointments.

Billing & Insurance

We accept most commercial insurance plans and worker's compensation. Patients without medical insurance are also welcome, however, the clinic is not able to extend credit and payment for services is expected at the time of service. We are currently NOT accepting new Medicare or Medicaid.
